So, what if, instead of thinking about solving your whole life, you just think about adding additional good things. One at a time. Just let your pile of good things grow.
Portrait of my family friend, Pia Z, at the Florence Academy of Art. So much raw talent from this young lady, I’m sure we will be seeing her work throughout the world soon enough. Follow her @pia_z_art.
We ended up at a local clothing shop in a small coastal town, Consorzio Di Promozione, Italy and connected with the owner talking about Carhartt’s “Work In Progress,” which hopefully makes it to the States more. A few minutes later he asked, why do you come here?” We laughed and said we just pointed to a spot on the map and went. He then drew us a treasure map to a forest leading up to a beach. Step 1…”rent a bike.” Off the grid is always the best way.
Had the chills after crossing paths far across the seas with an awesome individual and to be given the opportunity to ride in Croatia. Thank you Phil! And thanks so much to my bud @mongerzig for capturing this moment. Just as he said, “BMX is universal. Doesn’t matter what language you speak.”
Martigues, France a few evenings ago. Not too long after my laptop went missing on the plane. Hours of trying to track it down at the airport and a long bus adventure the next day, but it seems to be gone in the abyss (thankfully backed up before I left). Whoever has 4 years of my work now, please delete it. It would be greatly appreciated. Everything happens for a reason though. At least it wasn’t my passport or camera bag!
P.S. Sorry for the iPhone photos for the rest of the trip starting…now.
